I had to return my vehicle several times and they didn't provide a loaner car. I had to rent a car: (11/10/2023 thru 12/21/2023) The technicians found multiple problems with engine damage and made necessary repairs. Katrina gave great customer service and regular updates. I am very happy to have my car and I'm hopeful that I don't have to return it again.

They did not provide the quantity of performance expected. The informational aspect of the vehicle was never update. The service payed for was to be completed on 2019 Tahoe instead of 2010. My oil meter wasnt updated until I asked to have this reset to the proper status. Changed my radio station for no reason and vehicle is driving different than before I brought it up there for service.

I bought the Trax brand new, 5 miles on it from Chuck Hutton. It started making a vibrating sound a few weeks later. I asked Chuck Hutton to complete a diagnosis but they didnt since they didnt hear the sound when they test drove it. I explained several times its random and I havent been able to determine the cause. This still isnt resolved and I am taking it to a trusted mechanic.

I brought my truck that I had just bought from you to get it looked at because the rear end shakes pretty bad on the highway, I sat there for 3 hours and they said that they could not find anything wrong with it. They never drove it on the highway to see what was going on. They drove it around the parking lot for like 3 seconds.

***I would NOT recommend using Chuck Hutton Chevrolet. The purchase was easy, cash. BUT getting tags was more than awkward; the male chauvinist Sales Rep yelled, belittled my wife, in front of our 16 year old son vs. explaining the process. Nobody should raise their voice to customers. I can't imagine "him" doing to that to me, a male. Truly created a bad experience vs a simple used car purchase.

The amount of time that it took them to tell me that I supposedly needed 5000-7000 worth of work done is concerning; took more than 2 weeks. I was able to get the bulk of the work done on my own for 500 dollars. Very disappointed.
