this visit was better than the previous one. the employees were very friendly and took care of my car as they said they would, but I am still having some pinging and rattleing in the engine on start up, I have waited to do this review to see if it stopped, but it still is happening.

They were ready when I arrived for appointment. Signed in quickly. Service performed as agreed and in the amount of time promised. No problems in or out. Car is ten years old and has never been serviced anywhere else in its 32,000 miles. Same for my C8.

Kim, so sorry that things turned out the way they did. Since your husband had approved the power window regulator replacement, we had the door disassembled and were awaiting the new part to arrive. When you came in and declined the repair, of course we had to put the door back together so you could take the car. It only made sense to ask you to pay for the reassembly since the tech had already begun the work based on the approval your husband provided us. We apologize and hope you'll reconsider to have us continue perform your Chevy maintenance.

The entire process was seamless. I got there dropped off my vehicle and it was completed in an hour or so. The only criticism I told them personally is that I needed it sometimes. The quote for tires was the most expensive ones available. I would have preferred and purchased some if there were options, for example. Good, better, and best. I love this place.

Excellent service team, very polite and informed us of a safety issue right away once they found it. Nail had punctured the driver's side tire inside outer wall and came out two and half inches onto thread pattern. They work hard locating two tries to install onto 2021 Silverado Trail Boss in a timely manner. They go all out in helping customers there for Service.

I was kept informed about the progress of my service. Several filters needed to be replaced. The filters were brought out to me so I could see how DIRTY they were, and make the decision as to whether or not, to replace them. I definitely had them replaced! I was informed of the cost before they ever replaced them. Truly appreciated being kept in the loop!

My experience was good but it took too long just to do an oil change and tire rotation and checking all the fluids. 1 hour and 15 mins. I was the first customer of the morning so it should have taken no longer than 45 mins for service like this. Other than that the customer service was good.

The cost of an oil change is $79, way too expensive! But after leaving I noticed my check engine light on, I drove back to the dealer, they said it was on when they took it back, it wasn't on when I dropped it off, but when I asked about it they brought me a printed report explaining the light. He said they missed telling me because they knew it was late and thought I wanted to get home because it was late
