Waited over 3 hours for this service in a freezing cold empty show room, old seating area with no where to sit down. Last service they forgot to reset my service due and would not give me the code to do it myself. Just plain bad service, everyone acts like they are scared of the service manager. Will never buy another Kia because of this service.

As usual the service and professionalism could not be better. I always know what is going on with my car when it is there. I have never had to take the car back as the work was not done correctly, and they always make me feel like I matter to them. I have heard these same things form other customers in the waiting room. I cannot imagine going anywhere else with my car.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable and willing at help, even if it is something that seems crazy to us at the moment. He always has an answer, corrective action, or schedules it for a follow-up. His team is quick, provides updates and is always courteous.

I had to purchase another car bc thwy wouldn't fix my recalls bc of an " engine" issue. When the recalls was a crank and camshaft. I should have spoke to Mr. Strom before buying another car. Tire choice, Dale the manager and Kim the service manager made me feel as if I was making up a story. It's all good. I thank the District manager Strom bc he didn't give me any hassle. Kia customer service sucks..

Driver side front tire lug was overtightened to the point of breaking the bolt. I went to plug my tire, could not loosen the lug, and the bolt broke. There was visible wear where the lug had bottomed out to the rim. Will not be returning.
