The salesperson reached out immediately. I asked for pictures of the vehicle. Salesperson said he would have them to me in two days (after I reached out again). It is now 1 week later. I should not have to chase after a salesperson for information. Was extremely interested in the vehicle but have a very sour taste after that experience.

The price did not match dealership. Didn't find out until after I went to sign over-nighted paperwork. I am out of state. Dealer was aware but assumed I was on their website. But wouldn't have found the car had I not used an auto search engine since I am 471 miles and 4 states away. After negotiations over a couple of days and signing the paperwork, come to find out the price I was going by was a promotional (black Friday) price that ended the day before I contacted the dealership and made a down payment, but was still being advertised 3 days later and the dealership was on a different price. The discount was not advertised as a promotional price nor advertised the end date. The price was advertised as a regular price that was lowered on a certain day. I have a screenshot of this. It was both the dealership and Carfax that was at fault, but my time was abused. Had I known, I wouldn't have waisted my time. Carfax refuses to acknowledge and will not work with dealer stating the contract ended Wednesday, but the site still advertised throughout the weekend. I have a screenshot of this as well. Very disappointed that this is how Carfax does business. There are better and more reliable ways to search. Won't waste my time again. I've also spoke with the dealership manager and have told them they should not use you either. That information was also passed on to the owner. I am also calling the third party they use for advertising as well as BBB (which by the way has negative information already) to let them know of your untruthfulness and refusal to review this discrepancy nor account for the error made on your part regarding this matter.

A complete waste of my family's time coming from Levittown. I wasn't sure I was going to meet until the last minute, I was passed from the original sales rep to a contact person and then to another sales rep & then the contact person. My folder only had 1 SUV in the folder, I would not make that ride to see 1 SUV. They did not have 1 car in my price range, even though I gave them my price range. My family believed that they were only trying to get me on lot, and that I would change my price range. I did not even start the SUV up, we left. Not to return.
