Sitting in a dealership waiting for your vehicle can end up being frustrating. Champion valet service works so much better for me . Especially when communicating pickup and drop-off times are promptly exchanged and accurate. Less wasted time and no need to bother someone else to get my vehicle serviced !

I was there for recall maintenance and told the estimated time of completion to be 4hrs. They provided a ride home and at completion, a ride back to get my car. Not only were they on time for completion, but they washed my card as well. All I dealt with, from the person at the desk, to the two drivers, were friendly and courteous.

The actual car service and people were 5 stars. I was upset that the credit card surcharge was not made clear in advance of arrival/checkout. This cost me $30 extra. Had I been informed I could have made sure there was sufficient money in my checking account to cover the repair expense. This should be a standard reminder to all service customer.

Our credit card processing company charges 3% on any credit cards. We have over 15 signs throughout the building explaining this and a sign right at check out with our Cashier explaining this to every customer. There is no surcharge on debit cards, cash or check.

I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. The lug nuts (?) were bad and they called to let me know they had to be changed. They gave me the choice of using Ford's brand or another, plus the cost instead of just putting them on because Ford's brand was more expensive. This showed me they care about the customer and not just the dollar.

We apologize for not holding up to our 5-star standard. Please reach out to our Service Department to see what we can do because 9 hours for an oil change does not seem like something we have ever done before. Our oil change / works package is typically 60 minutes.
