The technician did not replace the oil filter correctly after routine oil change. Within 3 miles of driving the car started to smoke and "oil critically low" light came on. Drove over to the shop to get looked at and it was fixed but an hour appt now took over my entire day for something very routine.

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler in August. It was a used 2091. It was 99.99% perfect but for the steering wheel which was not level. I spoke to Ryan in Sales and he promptly directed me to Bob in Service. They were able to fix the problem very quickly. Everyone at Fred Beans did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend.

We had 2 problems. 1 was engine misfiring.This was corrected by replacing ignition coil and plugs.
The 2nd problem was with the start/stop feature. We have had this checked out numerous times and it is still acting up.Even when turned off.Because of this problem I strongly suggest that everyone needs to think twice about buying or leasing a Jeep vehicle.

I was in for first oil change service and two recalls (2nd recall for rear springs was very recent and I had not received a notice but your service group was proactive and checked it!).
