They contacted me, told the car sold and tried to sell me a more expensive one. I can't be sure but it seems like a bait and switch since weeks later the car I asked about (Red Mini Cooper) is still listed. If it sold why would it be still listed? I can't say for sure so I'm only taking away 2 stars.

I am sorry to say this, but I will not be going back. They was going to charge me over $400.00 for a battery. That is so unreal. The service advisor would not listen to what I was trying to tell her about my door locking problem I was having. It was extra 2 days before they told me what I was trying tell them 2 days before. Very Frustrating. David

Spoke to salesman called and confirmed they had 2 Yukons we wanted to see drove 2 hours and upon arrival he couldnt find either car!! Found out both cars were supposedly sold but he still had the keys but not the cars ! Total wast of our time drove 150 miles for nothing

the car i wanted was just to small but even walking into buick was great in front until i sat with the elder sales guy in back.seemed he really didnt want to make a sale or even go get the car when i said it seemed a bit to small the normal sales person would try and sale u another car etc..not this guyhe seemed to not want to really do his job.

Went to check out my left headlight and why it was not working properly. They told me that the aftermarket headlight I had ordered was bad and just needed to replace it fixing the problem. I thought it was going to be something worse like my wiring that needed to be replaced. So, glad that it was so small as just switching out the bad headlight. Thanks guys very much. Thats why I always come back to you.
