Car recalled. There and waiting then let me know it would take 4-6 hours to repair and they did not have the part. Had called 3 days prior. I have to say, I only waited 30 minutes before they told me this. They set up an appointment for the following Tuesday and gave me a rental car and let me know it may take 10 or 12 hours to repair. Service was good the 2 nd time. Have ordered a rear view mirror 3 times. Still don't have that.
