Very unhappy with this dealership and service. I took my vehicle in because I have no heat. They had my car for two weeks and put a cabin filter in and never fixed the problem. Warm air blew for two days. I called them back to let them know it was broke still and talked with service dept. Never heard anything back from them regarding this issue. I am done with this dealership and will never buy or recommend them to anyone.

Our service advisor was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the service needed. I was able to wait in the lobby until the work was completed. Very nice atmosphere with complimentary water and coffee. A very nice experience. I highly recommend Ferguson GMC.

Power steering pump was going bad. Technician noted fluid was really dirty yet at 105000 miles No One had previously suggested we change it. We take it to this dealer for all of our servicesin the past month we have been in there for lost of money. Just frustrating when I trust them to advise me on what and when.
