Nice lounge area to work in while I waited (although the woman who booked the appointment for me had never been onsite and didn't know if there was a lounge). Easy to schedule. Work was performed promptly. Service Advisor was courteous and kept me informed as to the status of the service visit. They also shared a video, taken by the technician, showing key observations he made. The video is a real benefit.

I had an 11:00am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When I got to the service desk I was told I needed an alignment as they have a laser that can spot the alignment needs adjustment. I was treated with courtesy and the work was performed in good time.

Our older Outback was taken in because some dashboard lights came on near the end of an all-day trip. We were alarmed, but the service tech calmed us, reassuring us that all would be checked out. The worn seal allowed air into the gas tank. There were several other issues, all were fixed to our satisfaction. We love our Subaru, and it once again, runs like a top. Great speedy and courteous service at Yark.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation (without an appointment) and asked the technician if they could fit me in. He said they would and had it completed in less than two hours plus had it washed. I have never had a less than excellent experience at Yark.

Subaru does not honor their warranties at all. I have documented transmission issues from a Subaru dealer but it went out just past the warranty period. I tried everything I could to get it fixed before then. All Subaru offered was $500 off a new car. Theyve permanently lost a once loyal Subaru owner as a result. Horrible

I had to have my car towed here while I was on vacation. They got my car at 9am and had it on the road by 1pm. Their communication with me was clear & their service excellent. They fixed the problem. They were very thorough & even gave me a complimentary carwash. It cost exactly what the estimate was. I was very impressed with every aspect of of my experience!

Service tech was professional and explained what was being done. They did find that a front lamp was out during the safety check, and when I pointed out that it had already been replaced by them in the past year, they replaced it again as the lamp was still under warranty.
