I love my service at Dave Gill! Howerver, I only have a issue with have to clean off my seats and steering wheel and headliner over my drivers door of the greasy/ dirt from the mechanic! Be nice if they could cover the steering wheel with a plastic cover...or wipe it down after ot ready for the customer to receive their car back! Just a suggestion! Thanks!

Wouldnt recommend this dealership at all. Was basically accused of stealing my own car and had to come back 3 different days to get a tire replaced. This is the first last and only time they will touch my 2021 Chevy Camaro. I will not ever by a vehicle or have service done here.

I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on. They're overcharging and rude. They could care less about my vehicle. The receptionists are nice but Chad in services was rude. And it seemed like they didn't want to put in my battery. I should have done it myself and saved myself some cash. It won't let me leave a 1 star rating they deserve none.

Took the car in for a recall and tire pressure sensor lite that wouldnt go off and they let me know my car was in bad need of an alignment. It had just started vibrating the day before. They said I must of hit a bad pot hole or two and the issue was in the back. In and out of the shop in just over an hour!!

NADA (used by financial institutions, insurance carriers and legitimate, reputable vehicle dealers) BOOK, for this vehicle, with 95,000 miles is: $3,937 It is not considered a Collector Car. Insurance Carriers, in a Total-Loss Settlement, will only pay---- the Book Value. This dealership needs to accept reality.

I had a check engine light on and they were told by myself that the diagnostic was to be waived because GM authorized it. They kept the car on hold until they received the waiver via email which took more than a day to receive. Then they said the repair wasn't covered by warranty. The cost $330 for internal engine problem that shouldn't occur at 44,400 miles. GM refused to pay or get it discounted. This is going to be my last GM.

Do not use this dealer for service! Took car in a year ago and they were going to back order the parts. They never called and this time it cost us over $100 just to be told the transmission fluid was low. They try to sell you every unnecessary service there is.
