But when I take it in they still don't want to address the issue. So they have given me a warranty when I come in to get any kind of repair.

I'd be lying if I told you the factory can assist us on every repair but there are certain electronic issues that have nothing to do with mechanical expertise, it requires a new program, not something any dealer or technician is able to fix. I understand that you are still frustrated that we would not honor a trade number from June of 2023. 2 things happened over the course of those 7 months. Your trade in vehicle (across the country) decreased in value 7%. That coupled with more miles and inherit depreciation we offered the highest amount we could and certainly was not required for you to trade in the vehicle. We can not control build time and we do not honor any trade amount for longer than 30 days due to value fluctuations that have been greater in the last 3 years than any time in automotive history. Really appreciate the comments. Ya, so 2019 we only had the small 20' x 30' area and we relocated out office to the second floor so we are able to give customers 3 options for what they want. A quick room write next to service write up, a quiet room with carpet, internet jacks, phone jacks, and electrical outlets to get work done, and then an open space with a 70" TV in case folks are here for the long haul and want to watch a movie or relax on some comfy couches.
