I had a direct conversation with the person in charge of my car and his advice echoed my requests. Everyone i spoke to was willing to discuss any of the issues i was concerned about. And i was very satisfied driving my car home. All the people who i had contact with were very patient and considerate.

I'm always satisfied with the work Johnstons Subaru does. Dani was polite and informative, just like the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, the inspection machine broke and they had to put in an emergency order for the part. I was there longer than I wanted to be(2-3hrs), but they told me that was the case, so it's not their fault.
