It was a great experience. We had recalls done. Mike D. was so helpful in arranging an appointment for us and getting the work done quickly. We are in our 70's and only have 1 car. We were disappointed to hear that Honda doesn't provide a loaner for recalls. Kind of sad. But Mike D made it work for us and we appreciate that so much.

I was very happy with the service on my 2012 Honda Accord. We are driving fewer miles per year so we are changing the oil every six months so I very impressed when the service manager (Michael Luisi) reminded me that the timing belt and spark plugs needed to be replaced and was able to have the work finished in less than two hours. After being a loyal customer for 15 years at this Honda, purchased 4 vehicles and have been a regular service customer the entire time, this last visit has caused them to lose a customer for life. Horrible customer service and no courtesy for someone who has been a customer for more than a decade. I don't know what happened since all my other visits have been pleasant, this last one sullied all of that.

Excellent service at North Shore Honda for oil change and other scheduled maintenance. Technicians do good work and Mike D at the front desk is always very helpful and detailed. I bought my car at North Shore 10 years ago and would never think of going anywhere else for service.

NS Honda service is fast and efficient, all be it a bit expensive, but everything is getting more expensive today. Mike, who does check in for the Service Department, is very helpful and doesn't hesitate to give advice on what services are needed. NS Honda takes good care of my Clarity.

Since I went home while the car was serviced NS Honda sent me a video of my cabin filer being dirty - the only problem I have with that is how do I know this was MY cabin filter and how many times do they pull that off with other customers? They don't return the dirty cabin filter either.

From the minute I arrived at the dealership the process was very smooth. Every single item was explained in detail, and I was given opportunity to ask questions which were answered to my satisfaction. I was able to wait and get my car in about one hour, which was very convenient. The dealership also provides a car wash coupon for a local car wash which I thought was very cool. This is a great dealership.

I spent over 3 hours waiting to be told that they could not figure out the solution and it couldn't be repaired and a new one would need to be purchased for over $500. I turned down the offer and went to a local car radio shop and the problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes.

They add unnecessary service. For 14500 miles they want me to have break fluid flush and four wheel maintenance oil. Total with oil changed, cost me $556 for 2 years & 3 months Honda HRV. It is ruining Honda's reputation.
