Exceptional 5 star service. Susan and Edwin are my service advisors when I check in. They are awesome. Even though I live in Queens, and could have my car serviced at other Honda Service Stations. I prefer driving to Bayridge Honda. My purchase experience and my service experience the past 8 years have been outstanding. They are honest and know how to take care of my needs.

They inspected my alternator because I had my battery checked by Autozone and they said Alternator was bad and should bring car in. My vent was also broken so they inspected that too. They had to order parts and I am to bring my car back in to replace both when parts come in. I was told it is under warranty.

They mounted, balanced and aligned my new tires in just under two and a half hours. NASCAR fast! Been doing business with them since 2010. I wouldn't trust my Crosstour to anyone else, at this stage, as it is a discontinued model that most mechanics are not familiar with.

I took the car for inspection and I was told the rear axles had to be realigned. Never had that done before on the rear axles but I guess they now better. I really don't feel any difference after the work was done.
