Honda of Toms River took care of my tire problem the same day I called them. They could not repair the tire and had to replace it. I was happy they had the right tire in stock for my vehicle. Within 1 1/2 hours I was on my way. They are very dependable.

The service was excellent, but imagine my dismay at having been charged an extra $15+ as a surcharge for using my credit card to pay the bill!! At the very least, let customers know about the surcharge BEFORE the service is performed so they can bring a check, cash or debit card with them to pay the bill.

Since I had a problem with the tire pressure monitor light going on I asked them to check the tires for leaks which they did. In addition they reset the tire pressure in each tire. There was no charge and they did it quickly. I really appreciated that.

Service department at Toms River Honda was excellent. I had an oil change done to my Honda Civic and they also did a check of the Air-conditioner. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I always use the Honda service because I know that the work will be done by people are knowledgeable about my HONDA . Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Issue check engine emission light.MAS changed.Left dealer after reset came on again returned to dealer installed software patch.I left it was ok. Next morning came on cold start and disappeared after a few miles.Dealer would not diagnose said code probably vanished..I dont know but hasnt come back now a both dealer and car trust issue..Was given envelope to drop off car if light returned..Does it really disappear from computer?

Car was serviced as scheduled and oil change done quicker than they estimated. Job well done, but they did not put a sticker on my windshield identifyiing when I needed my next oil change. No communication on state of oil. Both the man who took my information and the clerk settling my bill were very courteous

I Reported a noise while backing up from my driveway only when motor was cold, instead of having an house mechanic check it out they bought a hybrid mechanic from another dealership to inspect it great job getting it all accomplished the same day. A Saturday!

Emergency service - was taken right awaychecked the battery and alternator - found the battery had to be replaced. It was replaced with a 48-month warranty - professional service staff AND the woman who took my initial call - thank you - for your patience and squeezing me into your tight service schedule since it was an emergency.
