This is my favorite Volvo dealership. Very clean facilities with good selection of coffee, tra and snacks. Personal is very friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough good words about SA Brad, who is one of the main reasons why I keep returning to that place. Very unhappy with this location. As a long time customer with 3 leases and now a purchased vehicle I am beyond frustrated. Never given an option for a loaner and my only choice is to wait there . Last time for 3 hours . Not how they used to be and will not return in future if this continues.

The Valet services is great. I had an issue with my air conditioner and called Volvo and they scheduled a Valet pick up. The driver came to my home picked up my Volvo left a loaner. I had the loaner for a day and half as my car was dropped off the next day, no charger as it was covered by warranty. It was great service, no headaches. I highly recommend Volvo Valet.
