I have owned my car for a little over 2 years and this was the first time I had a problem with the car. I went to two other service stations be fore I was smart enough to come to Grappone. I had no appointment and they knew it was very important to check it out right away. It was a Friday they gave me a ride home. and the car was ready on Monday. If I have any other problems this is the one and only place I will go.

Came in early, accepted early, and fast. It was just a State inspection and multi-point check-up. I wasn't in the nicely set up waiting area long, and presto my car was ready with a smile. All in all very satisfied!

I was dropping my husband off to purchase his new Honda Pilot and all 4 tire sensors were reporting low air. I asked the salesman if they could help me out and put air in my tires. He took my key and did it himself. No charge.

They have consistently handled service appointments with expertise and theyre really focused on handling their clients in a friendly, courteous manner. The facility is exceptional, and with indoor check-in winter weather is no factor!
