Great experience. They were professional and their service time was very reasonabe.i do wish they would have balance and adjusted my tire air pressure. However, I did not request it. As a former test driver for one of the number 3 major auto makers, this should be an important part of the tire rotation. Overall, I am happy with Jerry Hunts Service Dept.

My Service Representative was Fred Stratton. Very professional, friendly, and customer related. Performed the NC State Safety Inspection and did a diagnostic check on the A/C. There were no problems with the A/C so he did not not charge me for the checkup. The Safety Inspection was also free because I had purchased the vehicle from Jerry Hunt Supercenter.

Horrible, called and spoke to saleman. Said car just came in and was in service going through. Told him wanted car and would provide any deposit, said would call me next day. He did not call so called him, left message. No return call. Then car listed as sold on site. Lost out on another vehicle waiting for this one. Terrible service.
