had car inspected. informed them that it wouldnt pass as headlights were out. wanted a 110 dollar diagnostic fee to tell me lights were burned out as. could be a fuse and new bulbs wouldn't help. said forget it just inspect the car, wasn''t paying any diagnostic fee, and if they felt like it, fix it. Which they did at 60 bucks a bulb. guess they got their fee anyway.

No one contacted me for 4 days. I waited and waited. Then when someone did email me, I asked if it was still available and they wrote "it shows that it's still available". If he couldn't say for sure that it's still pn the lot, then there's no way I'm driving for 1 hour to their business without confirmation.

Adviser was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wait was not bad at all for a Monday. Was disappointed I did not get the service video, like/needed the video it shows and helps me understand the service aspect under the car. Also I was missing the right front passenger tire cap.

I have always thought service was amazing, but they were very busy. I asked for an inspection and they noticed somethings that failed it. They didn't pull me side and discuss the price or any of that. They let me know my car was ready to pick up and i checked out.

Very attentive personal escort from car to service desk and excellent communication throughout. Time estimate was perfect. Resetting maintenance light as the car is returned was comforting. Paper floor mats were great. Wish they had a courtesy wash!

Easy to schedule an appointment. Service rep (Kevin P.) was knowledgable and helpful. Service tech discovered problem caused by previous service and corrected it. Overall a good experience except no one notified me when service was completed and i waited an extra 30 to 45 minutes unnecessarily.

Randy was very helpful! I also love that the technician gives you a video overview of your vehicle. They recommend what is needed, give you heads up on some things that may need maintenance in the future, and dont try to up sell you on things you dont need. The waiting area is very nice and everyone is friendly!

Very organized approach to car service. From check in, through meeting with the service advisor, then a quick vehicle inspection by the service technician who sends you a video of the inspection and delivery. Told total service time would not exceed 90 minutes and vehicle was delivered in 90 minutes.

Almost three hours wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Shouldn't offer a warranty that n the car if they don't know how to service it. Previous experience was good, but this was poor. I should have been notified before my appointment that it was going to take longer.

My husband and I were on vacation and had an issue with our Toyota Highlander, so we brought it in. The service staff took our car in right away, ran diagnostics, identified the issue, and made the repair. In about two hours we were back on our way to enjoy our vacation. The service team was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They are top notch!
