I had my tires rotated, left my tire lock out in the console, told the service guy it was there, and still someone rifled through my glovebox for nothing. Everything was out of place and napkins everywhere!! This made me sad that a service tech would do that, when I made sure there was no need for anyone to go through my possessions. Otherwise, the rest was fine.

Went in for regular oil change and inspection. Took about 30 min to finish and bring car around. Waited to be checked out but was not called after 20 min. I finally asked to be checked out but everyone seem to disappear. Finally after an argument with the service manager, she walked to paperwork , which was on her desk for about 30 minutes, 5 steps across the hall to the cashier.

I paid for my left headlight to be replaced per the order taker, I do not drive at night, while on trip October 14 to Birmingham Ala, I found out I did not have a light on the left side of my car. Very dangerous because I had to drive back Sunday night October 17. This is not good service.

Well they changed the oil recently and left all but one bolt on my splash pan so of course it was rattling. I had a top radiator hose replaced at Carl Hogan Toyota and found out that it was barely attached. Im totally disappointed in the service that I received a child could have done better.
