The lienholder for J.H is Southern Bank and they have ridiculously high expectations. I had a 14% down payment for the vehicle I was interested in and they wouldn't waver. It's understandable since I didn't have a cosigner or credit but with a 14% down payment I was sure it wouldn't matter. Regardless the salespeople were nice but I found a higher quality vehicle elsewhere regardless.
