Our 2014 Jeep had a/c and blower but no heat. The problem was the blend door actuator. South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep diagnosed and repaired our vehicle. Our Service Advisor, Kyle Kovar, provided shuttle service. So far, the repair has been successful! Car Fax- Why do you have us rate service on Friday evenings? Just asking.

Everything costs more and this service was no different, though $126 for an oil change and tire rotation seems a little steep. South County DCJR already had my vehicle for collision repairs, so it seemed like a good time to have regular maintenance completed as well. No complaints, other than cost

We took our 2007 Jeep Compass to South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ram. We scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. During the process, Kyle Kovar, Service Advisor, recommended that we replace the air filter. We are happy that he did. The improved performance and gas mileage are noticeable. Everything went well. The shifter was sticking in Park on our 2014 Jeep. Although, we were able to get it to release after some effort, we needed to eliminate the problem. This visit was the day after Thanksgiving so there was a limited number of technicians available to work on my car. I was desperate because it is the only vehicle I have. I was surprised when I received a phone call just two hours after I left is telling me that it would be repaired with 3 to 3 1/2 hours. A squirrel had chewed through a wiring harness. The only negative to the whole experience was the $522.00 bill !!!

I was extremely pleased with my service experience at South County Dodge. They repaired a loose piece of plastic on the undercarriage and lubricated the emergency brake at no charge to me. Service was completed within an hour and one half. I WILL be back for additional service in the future !!!

Took my 2014 300S to South County Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep for the first time on a busy Friday morning, and have no complaints. Express Lane took a little bit to get into; oil change and maintenance check took about an hour. Also, their full synthetic was a nice amount cheaper than Glendale on Manchester. Will be back!
