We always have taken our vehicles to Anderson Ford. They are always cheerful and knowledgeable about our vehicles. the only reason for the 4-star rating is because of the sticker shock of our last visit. Outside of that we trust them to do what is right at all times. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Everything turned out well. Car was totaled. Coord with ins co was seamless. If I were to recommend any improvement, it would be the rudeness of some of your employees. Hillary, all the front office folks are great - but the gentlemen in the shop could use a lesson in customer care. Thanks.

Didn't top off the windshield wiper fluid and brake fluid or even get a bill of health on the vehicle. I don't mind paying for something if my vehicle needs it lol. But it be great to know if something is low or how the other parts are looking. When having to do rotating tires, how tire tread and brake pads are, so yeah subpar work.

They are always courteous and professional. Have been going there for years. The only thing that would make it better is if they'd vacuum and clean windows when you get an oil change and tire rotation :-)

Got me in and out quickly. Tire tech did forget to adjust tire pressures on pickup after rotation, so low tire pressure warning came on for rears.

Service was fine but I was charged 3% on top of a $1,600 bill to use a credit card That is nonsense If there was not enough profit in a set of four tires and a break job then that is poor business planning. Charging extra to use a card is an insult.

Way too expensive. $417.00 labor for 1 hour and 20 minutes service. NO, they didnt have 4 service people working simultaneously.
