This was the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My husband recently passed away. I have been traveling back and forth between homes, which are 3 hours apart. During my last trip the transmission went out of my car. Long story short, I was in no frame of mind to purchase a new car. I found this vehicle online, contacted the dealership. I could not travel the distance to see the car for a week, then would have to arrange for someone to travel with me. They held the car on a minimal deposit, then drove the vehicle to me. I test drove it, then purchased it from my home. The salesman, his boss, the representative and the driver were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I will buy from them again. The experience was amazing. The thing is, they did not even know what I was going through.
