All good except availability of parts from Honda is backordered for months. I don't fault the dealership for this, but we are driving home with 4 fuel injectors running rich, occasionally seeing lags in acceleration. We are concerned about a trip, so will take our Nissan, instead.

I love coming to this Honda dealership even though there is a closer one near me. They are upfront with their service maintenance informing you what needs to be done. They are never pushy but very friendly. This location has a large waiting area with amenities such as TV, coffee and a huge ice cream case. Sometimes snacks as well.

They didn't do my oil change correctly or they didn't do the 5 point check for my other fluids and I took it back to them and they said they don't do it anymore, so I will not be going back. When I first got it they did everything and they were more professional with the customer service.

The service was performed to expectations. We were able to deal with an issue in the finance department while we were there. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Only issue, the tire pressure alarm went off before we got a mile from the facility. They topped off the pressures but did not rest the calibration.

Shop was courteous and competent. Very busy shop, expensive fluid change costs were my reason for dropping star. Dropped car off for replacement of transmission sensor and drive train oil change took over 24 hours. I still prefer Bommarrito to other large chains in St. Louis.

Because of the practice of keeping the instructions proprietary, I paid $210.88 for a ten minute procedure I could have easily done myself if the dealership or owners manual provided the correct sequence information for calibrating the LaneWatch camera.
