they would not check car unless I signed up for $600-$1300 service. ALL I WANTD WAS A CHECK AT $180. Gave me my cat back. and took it to a gas station for repairs HALF PRICE if you sign for a service they will charge you - and additional cost if they find the real problem.

Got an engine light on and found out it was an evap code. Replaced fuel filler neck only to find out it was defective so had to order another. Just wish there were more loaners available as I have to drive now for a couple days with this light still on. Other than that, great experience.

Judy was very helpful. It was a frigid day, and she got the ice off my window so I could open it. Also, she removed the inaccurate message on my dashboard that I needed an oil change. My tire had a nail in it, and it was repaired. She didn't push a new tire, and I appreciated that. I am 77, so I really am thankful for her help.

The service rep was friendly and thorough. He noted a small problem with my vehicle and notified immediately. He had the problem evaluated even though it was an oil change and tire rotation appointment. My vehicle was ready in less than an hour. Great experience and excellent service

My service contact, Joe was very informative of the issues with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Provided personal opinion in helping decide what was necessary to have done and what could wait. As with pretty much everything these days, a little pricey, but piece of mind knowing the plugs, wires and recall are fixed and have given my Jeep a little more pep in his old age!

The wait for the Express Oil Change was 2 hours, But it came with hot chocolate and/or coffee that you made yourself. The wright-up people were kind and direct in the services. The review had other issues that were presented well also.

Had oil change and tire rotation. All 4 tires needed air and 1 tires was completely missed so now the pressure is 39 in 3 tires and 33 in the 4th. :(
