hi they did about three alignments on my car. I pulled off my car was still pulling to the left. I brought it right back. They then told me I knew need new tires. been calling ever since my car is still pulling to the left making a noise and now I can feel it in my gas pedal and steering wheel. They still haven't answered or called me back. My car is still broken.

Wasn't satisfied with the service I received. Car still experiencing the same issues I took it in for because they can't duplicate the problem while it's there they say nothing is wrong. The advisor's attitude could be a lot better when dealing with customers. The last 3 times I've been there the person I usually work with is no longer there smh. That says a lot about the place to me.

Had power running boards installed, they needed to remove the front wheel wells to run the wiring... i heard a rubbing noise when turning on the way home from picking up my truck. Got under my truck when i got home and saw that none of the christmas tree pins were put back in and they left all the broken one in place from their removal. Very disappointing when i paid $170 an hour for labor.

Good service excellent job and very quick. Only problem was my bill was $38.55 with the coupon they sent me but the cashier didnt give me a credit card receipt and charged my card $89.29 , it took me 2 days after calling to get a credit. Seems like they should somehow check invoices against charges at end of day like balancing a register to make sure they didnt make a mistake.

Needed breaks day before holiday called Rochester and spoke with carol she was very helpful in getting my truck in immediately! All other service centers around me couldnt get me in for at least 5 days. As always worth the extra drive to Rochester! Great service center!

My van was scheduled for A/C repair on July 5. The service took place only after I sent a compaint on July 9 because no service was getting done July 10. I received call my van need new brakes. which had nothing to do witj the A/C service. I told them no! I then took my van to Belle Tire to inspect my brakes. They said I did not need new brakes, they were only worn about 20%.

I was checking the fluids on my Ram and noticed a dark brown sandy like substance around the mouth of the radiator and cap. I had just had service on the radiator 4000 miles earlier. Strve Rankel took care of the problem; had the radiator re-flushed and re-filled while I waited in the customer lounge. Everything is now fine and my thanks to Steve, as always, for great service.
