Overall the staff was nice and quick. At the end of the service they notified me that they got the 20k service complete but they couldnt rotate my tires because I have aftermarket wheels. Toyota of Grand Rapids on 28th st has never had any issue and I will be going back to them.

Got quite a bit of work done, staff was friendly and communicated well. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the fact that I was never given a final quote for total costs, and assumed the additional work quote they gave me was the combined total. They did provide a free loaner. Would recommend.

I had me heat shield above my exhaust replaced. They ordered the wrong part, and had me come back again. They handled the issue with grace and only charged me for the part. I would highly recommend.

Thé service was faster then Toyota of Grand Rapids, but the customer service was terrible. The service I paid for at Toyota Of Grand Rapids is not honored at any other Toyota dealership.

Service was prompt and efficient. My only complaint is that the tire light on the dashboard was on when I arrived, and had been for several weeks. I asked for it to be reset. Its still on.

I had a noise and vibration that I wanted investigated. I explained that it only happened when the engine was cold and on cold days. The service advisor and I talked about how it would be difficult to discover the cause, since the engine was fully warmed up and it was not a very cold day. I believe she should have advised me to have it checked when the conditions were right, but she didnt, and I was charged $135.00 for inspection.

25000 mile maint service took only 20 minutes. I wonder how all of the numerous inspection points were actually done, including tire rotation. But I appreciate the fast turnaround. And I DID NOT receive a copy of the inspection check list as was provided at previous service visits. Change in process? Or failure to provide confirmation of all specific inspection services? Customers need and expect confirmation for peace of mind.

They didn't secure engine air filter properly which resulted in wired noise when I'm applying gas. It's good I found it otherwise it could have been really bad. I also feel that they lied to me about carwash coupon and told me that I should do an oil change every 5k miles even though I use a fully synthetic. FYI, Toyota recommends 10k service for fully synthetic.
