Looking at a high-end car and harassed as soon as I showed interest. Multiple callers from the dealership even after setting up an appointment to test drive. Then text, emails and calls with hang ups and no VM from sales rep after the appointment was set. Very unprofessional and very pushy! Not worth dealing with so I cancelled the appointment and told them directly about how unprofessional they were.

The atmosphere was terrible. The employees were swearing loud, they were walking at each other, they were talking about other customers in an inappropriate manner, they were ignoring their boss on speakerphone. It was a completely bro type vibe. Just a horrible experience. I left after an hour, it made me (a female) horribly uncomfortable.

Although they were nice on the phone I called three times to find out information about a jeep only NOT TO GET a return call. Each time, a salesman ensured they would call me back to no success. Finally someone called to day to follow up however I had purchased a vehicle on Saturday from another dealership.

I'm sure they were in the new car showroom but it was a bit of a walk. I had to stay close so I could go to finance when they were ready. Seems like after the fact, I could have been sent over to finance to wait and use the amenities. I was offered 2 small bottles of warm water while I waited.
