I'm never disappointed. My service representative always makes sure that I am taken care of and gives me the best price for my services. He is detailed in explaining what I need to concern myself with getting addressed in my vehicle. The drop off and wait is very convenient and is always clean.

Worst service ever. Wish I never leased a honda. Held my car hostage for 13 days. Cost me $450 in car rental fee. Car rental should have been covered for warranty service. No call backs even from supervisor. Will take dealership to court for breach of contract.

Did not fix my issue. No loaner cars available, only able to rent a car from their lot. Said I would have to come back when they have a bay available in a few weeks, now telling me itll be an additional month for a transmission that is actively leaking.

I had an appointment to leave my car over night but I brought it in earlier than my appointment time (2 1/2 hours) earlier and they got my problem for my car resolved before the shop closed so I could pick it up before the end of the day.
