One of the few shops which will take you in without an appointment. They also provide shuttle service if your service is going to take a while. My Honda was covered under an extended warranty, which was purchased through the dealer who sold us the car, they contacted the company and got our repairs covered. I will continue to use them.

The things I thought were wrong with the car when I took it in for service were in fact fine. The technician helpfully explained why I might have thought otherwise. What is outstanding is that Pohanka did not charge me for the time and diagnosis even though they had every right to do so.

Very Long wait, maintenance inspection, but fluid levels were not check or topped off as stated, tire rotation was not up to expectation, the vehicle now has a front end shimmy around 50 miles per hour. Not very happy about it. Even when customer service called for experience rating it was mention, all they stated was we will rotate them again not fix the shimmy they created.
