It was fine. I waited for the car and the dealership provided me with an afternoon snack gratis. The waiting area was very pleasant. They finished the car about 15 minutes sooner than estimated, then washed and vacuumed it and has it ready for me in the breezeway.

They told me that my oil pan plug ,was bad.and it would cost me about 900 dollars to replace oil pan. I have never heard of an oil pan pug going bad, unless you, over tighten or cross thread it.no one has changed my oil but lexis. So I wasn't happy with my last visit

As always, Sheehy service was outstanding start to finish. Ralph Velez was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, great service coordinator. Service was done in a timely manner and all work done at a high level. Vehicle was returned in great condition. Customer service area was comfortable, clean, class A. Even though my 2008 ES is no longer under warranty, my trust in Sheehy will keep me coming back there for service.
