The folks at Foley are pretty laid back. I stopped in to take a look at a car that was out of my price range as I was beginning to get to know what that 20-year-old model had to offer. Even though I told them it was out my price range, they offered me a test drive. Not so unusual I suppose, but they didn't try to upsell me at all.

The sales staff was very professional. There were some small glitches that got cleared fairly quickly. Did have to do a lot of phone checking with our insurance company and our financial institutional to make sure paperwork was received which was more than I expected. But all in all, we purchased a nice car at a fair price.

The services performed at Foley Motorsports were professionally done. The entire process was extensive necessitating an additional day of work. The Service Representative communicated this in a friendly assuring manner. Simply put, this is my go to Service Center as the work is performed flawlessly and always involves vehicles are repaired with safety in mind. Two items that are of note is if scheduled an owner can have access to a quality loaner vehicle and once repaired the vehicle is returned after being washed. In this instance, the weather did not allow for the car being washed. With that in mind, I was offered a coupon for a local car wash or an option to bring the car back on a better day to get it washed. Now that is SERVICE. I trust Foley Motorsports and highly recommend this facility for vehicle repairs and as a fine establishment to purchase high quality vehicles. In the near future, we will be visiting Foley Motorsports to purchase a vehicle for my wife.

Foley Motorsports Service Department front desk personnel, Kevin and Sarah stepped up once again in helping out with an issue with my S550. The Command screen went on the fritz and needed to be replaced. Sarah found a serviceable used screen at a great price point. As usual, the service tech did a professional job with installing the replacement. Additionally, winter/summer tires were exchanged and the detailing expert, Elvis, performed an incredible job making a low mileage 13 year old S550 look brand new. The car was purchased at Foley Motorsports and they perform all of the service on our cars. They are the best.

As always, the Service Department at Foley Motorsports under Service Manager Kevin Gemelli's excellent leadership provided 5 star repair of my vehicle. His staff from Sarah in the office, to his fine mechanics efficiently evaluated and made repairs thus correcting the front end issues. One of the wonderful things about the facility is that a loaner car can be arranged if one is available. This facility is my go to place for service to my family's cars.

The dealership did respond to me. I did want to go to Shrewsbury to test drive the vehicle. I was told the service department leased this vehicle out while customer's car was being repaired. I have not heard from them since.

The Service Department Team at Foley Motorsports is always first class. This most recent repair involved the rear air suspension, which fortunately was resolved with a minor part. The two front people, Sarah and Kevin (Service Manager) were as always very personable and knowledgeable. The one caveat with having work done is it can sometimes take some time before the car can be seen by a mechanic. They are very busy because they can fix all makes of cars and perform 5 star expert mechanical repairs and/or detailing.
