My transmission was shuddering I told them. They checked it couldn't find the problem. Picked up my truck and on my ride home same problem occurred. I called the dealership they said drop it off in the morning but drive someone to show them the problem. So I did. I've been without my vehicle for three months. No loaner for me. Said I needed to be on a waiting list.

Gave my vehicle to team Toyota (where the vehicle was purchased) and it was then given to the Chevrolet dealership with a check engine light. My car was kept for one week and I was told that the oxygen sensors were replaced. I was also told that my car was driven for 50 miles to ensure that everything was good. Got the car back and for around 6 hours everything was okay up until the check engine light came back for the same codes.

The fluids were not filled, the caps were not placed back in their proper places. The glove box was unscrewed and disconnected. The car ran hot a half mile after leaving the dealership. This is unacceptable. Ear pods were also missing. Returned the next day, the other service rep attempted to fix the issues. Still unacceptable.

Although, I did not purchase the vehicle I will say I was very pleased with my experience.
Very professional and extremely courteous. Alex was my guy(Go see him). Their manager was great as well, made sure to get the best finance rates(with his cute self, lol). Go see them if you are in the market. I did not feel rushed or pressured into a purchase like some other dealers. They will find what you want and make sure you are happy with your purchase.
