I purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback from the dealership. At best I would describe them as unethical. Let me describe why. First, if you don't have a trade-in or finance the purchase through them it will cost you $3,000 more than the advertised price. Of that number, $1,000 is never spelled out, anywhere. It was for an overpriced exterior coating that was applied before I even saw the car. Stay far away from these people!!

The Manager and Finance manger were on the extreme. Watch the paperwork very fast and try to sale you something you do not want. We came in to buy cash well that was not what they wanted they wanted trade in and financing to get the price you want. The Salesman we had was very good but these two were not.
