Got charged over $100 for a tiny dent on loaner. It might even have been there before. Anyway, it wasn't my fault if another car's door nicked it. You'd think Infiniti KC would absorb that cost for a consistent customer like me. Will probably not patronize this store again. I can get an oil change anywhere.

Service was excellent, The provided the following which always make me happy *Provided a complimentary car wash. *They used a tablet during your service visit. *Reviewed the multi point inspection/vehicle inspection report. *Offer premium high speed Wi-Fi throughout the dealership and offer work stations within the waiting area.

The customer service at Infiniti is exceptional! From the moment you pull into the garage, Dave Grooms is there to greet you. He had a loaner car ready for me . He always is great to explain the necessary repair and estimated cost .. he is friendly, but very professional. He texted me as soon as the car was finished.

The A/C wasn't working correctly and a leak was detected. We experienced the same issue in 2023 but was charged for the service because no leak was found. This year when the mechanics checked the system a leak was found. The mileage was just passed the warranty expiration date. However, the dealership agreed to cover all costs for the repair. We highly recommend Infiniti of Kansas City!

I purchased my car new from Infiniti of KC and have the recommended service there since. All of the service I have received and continue to receive has been excellent. It's one of the reasons I own an Infiniti. The customer service reps are all excellent, particularly Dave Grooms. Unlike using Jiffy Lube, I've never received service from Infiniti where my car was damaged or had to be returned to receive additional service.

This was my first time using the service department since I bought my car 7/2023. I was greeted immediately and all the information needed was already in front of them. I had a work call to take and there was a quiet area available for that. The waiting area was built to make you feel like you purchased a luxury car experience. So I had a coupon for $69. Ended up paying $89 - because - you know!! I got tired of arguing about it. On top of that the "complementary " wash left my windows & mirrors so smeared with something that I couldn't see out & had to stop on the way home & pay for real car wash. Found a different dealership I'm going to try next time.
