I was told in the past that you could not make an appointment for a quick lane oil change. I was told it would be a two hour wait. But she told me I could have made an appointment. Fortunately, it was only a 1 1/2 hour wait. I don't understand why it costs more to do this service at a dealership.

I have more than 5 cars/trucks at Zeck in Leavenworth, KS over the past 13 years and always rated them 5 of 5 stars until now. If you write a check for $18,000 cash (like I did), I expect a second key for the car. At the very end, they told me I would owe them $275 for the second key. Unacceptable. I gave them two keys to the traded-in Ford Fusion. Not cool. Give me a second key and I will change my rating. Guthrie.

Service writer was good, but the service technician didnt complete his job properly. The service technician left off the valve stem covers on my new tires and the alignment was not done properly as it is now pulling to the right and has a shimmy in it, so now I have to take my truck back in to fix what should have been done correctly the first time around. To no fault of the service writer.

At my last regular service appointment, I was informed that my battery (in the 2017 Ford Escape) was getting old and I would need a new one. The battery in the SUV was the original battery. After shopping around to see who may have the best deal, I went back to Zeck's as the cost there was the cheapest in town. They always have your vehicle two or three days before they even look at it. Dont ever expect them to look at your vehicle on the day of your appointment because they never do. It seems they always have your car for a week unless its just an oil change, then they get it in and out the same day.
