Excellent work, they inspected the deer damage well and repaired/replaced everything that the deers destroyed.
They detailed the vehicle and removed tape adhesive from the windshield from when that was replaced by another company. Love how they go above and beyond.

Car is still misfiring since the day after service, also they did not check fluid levels on my last oil change like i was told that was part of the service, the radiator fluid was less than half full, and car was pulling to the left after tire rotation and since friday when everything was supposed to be fixed ($574 later) my car now pulls to the right and still having the misfire problem

The service department was very nice. Unfortunate the cost of an oil change is far more that any other vehicle I have ever owned. The replacement of the cabin filter was near $80 for a filter than can be purchased for a fraction of the cost anywhere. Even thought the filter was removed to look at as standard procedure still got billed for labor when I decided to have it replaced?

It began well. Did not explain issue or cause of problems. Charged for a radiator flush and then went to move care and then said we needed an engine and proceed to push a new engine. The care ran on the way to dealership. Don I recommend using them for anything.

Oil change with free basic inspections was done fine. However, it took much longer (more than an hour) than it used to take for years (around 30 min). Also, they used to provide detailed results on tire tread remaining, battery life, etc. but evidently they don't do that any more. Job was well done, but a bit disappointed.
