Did not like told had a leak but didn't know what or where, when I determined it was possibly a water pump and wrote in for an estimate and all I got back was generated generic email responses, and responded to those asking for repair estimate and I'm still waiting...maybe I need to remove a star....

I asked them to make sure they make sure that the wiper blades were on tight on the driver side that didn't happen because I had to do it myself it's not the best but it works for now

It was alright but both oil change and tire rotation were not done together as before. I had to go back a month or less later for the tire rotation. Used to have all done in same visit which makes more sense for me as a customer time wise and might help service department.

I expressed interest in the Lincoln and asked them two straightforward questions about the condition of the vehicle. I was promised a contact with answers and I never got them. They even followed up to let me know their ask price had dropped. I told them I had seen that but was hoping to hear about the questions I had. Again I was promised a call back with answers and I have never heard a peep.

Tire Rotation went fine but I was in the week before for a check engine light issue. They fixed a loose connection but light came back on a few days ago. Going back in this Friday for another check. Treatment at McGonigals service is always great. Professional, polite, and explain the service done.

Took my vehicle to this dealership for the first time for a recall. It took about the same amount of time to repair as they told me over the phone. They also completed the ? point inspection that you usually get for an oil change. Some tires were low and they filled all tires to the same psi. Very satisfied.

There was an issue with the ordering of my tires. The service tech assumed that the same size tire were on my cars as when purchased 11 years ago. Needless to say that the wrong tires were ordered. It took three trips to the dealership to correct this issue and get new tires.

After seeing several mechanics in town, and spending over $1000 it took the Cadillac Northstar Certified tech here at McGonigals to finally properly diagnose and fix the suspension on my otherwise minty caddy. The dealership may be on the high end of the estimates in town, but at least you know itll be done properly, and with care.

The oil change was done as scheduled but no sticker indicating it was and when the next oil change would be due . Also computer in the car was not reset so the car kept indicating we were over due for oil change . Had to take the car back in and Issue was resolved immediately !!!!! Still the best place I know to go .

I arrived for my express oil change at 805a. I was asked if I wanted to change the cabin filter and I said sure. One hour later I was told the part wasn't on the premise and Napa wouldn't deliver until a bill owed by the dealership had been paid. I asked them to just give me my car without it. Worse, I contacted the dealership the next day and still haven't been contacted. It's been almost two weeks.

We were very dissatisfied with our experience. We made an appointment at 9:30 & they did not get our vehicle in to be checked the whole day. They did not communicate any of this & were not going to call to let us know they were keeping our vehicle. They also wanted to charge $160 diagnostic fee for each item checked before they would tell us what was wrong.

McGonigal's had my best interest at heart. They were able to take care of a mysterious electrical gremlin with a simple software reset. I had feared something much worse. They also walked me through some much needed routine maintenance (transmission flush at 140K miles -- long overdue). Thank you McGonigal's.
