Owen service writer very thorough and courteous. Also went beyond by asking mechanic a specific adjustment question I have asked of many other service writers and he returned with a positive response whereas prior personnel, negative results. Also as I arrived first in queue for the day, service was completed for A 1 3 in just over an hour.

I would say my service was really good but just 3 days after the service my engine light came on and I had to take me car back to the dealer. They wanted to charge me $150 for the Multi Point Inspection which I thought had been done with the oil change. So after replacing Purge Valve, I was charged $252.67. I feel like there should have been some kind of compensation.

Had an appointment for 8:00 a.m. Monday. I called 3:30 to get a progress report. No call back. I called 11:30 Tuesday for a progress report. Had not looked at the car. I picked it up, unrepaired. Will never use this service department again.

Technician did not go over the service record with me before check/out. Vehicle definitely did not look like it had been detailed, especially not the inside. D They didnt notice/repair loose interior door trim. Definitely not the service Ive come to expect from an Acura dealer.

They were trying to troubleshoot an intermittent issue, which they werent able to do. However, the service technician that checked us out had a brainstorm on a solution That another customer had done- successfully! There was no car wash either - we were given a Mikes Carwash coupon, just as we were at our earlier visit.

Not a good experience to the fact they did not complete the work that was requested after having the car for 2 days. The general manager was very pro-active , apologetic And did a great job listening to my concerns I will definitely give them a second chance and hopefully can give them a 5 star next time. Car had to be taken back to Continental Acura to complete the work which was a in connivance since they are 200 miles away.

Great job, great wait time and great price. The technician was very informative. Everyone I had spoken with were very courteous, professional and polite. Also, I like that they washed my vehicle as well. They have the best customer service. Just want to say thank you to the service department team for making my first experience a great one!!!!

I was able to schedule the service on a convenient day when a loaner was available. I dropped my car off in the morning picked it up on my way home. I was having routine maintenance completed. A bad battery was diagnosed and replaced under warranty as well.
