What a relief to take my car in with a problem and have the technician tell me ; yes I hear the noise. After that it was repaired. I myself was treated with courtesy and informed in a manner that I could understand. I left with a feeling that now that is customer service

Purchased my newish Titan pickup truck from Glendale Nissan and was very happy with what they gave me for my trade in, and equally happy with the service that they provided me. I had a problem with my car. It was a noise. When an elderly woman comes into a service department often they are dealt in an unpleasant manner. At Glenside this was not the case. Not only did they concur that yes it was a problem but they treated me with respect and solved the problem.

I was waiting in the waiting room for my car and one man got totally irate with Ana. And he caused such a scene that everyone in the waiting room felt very uncomfortable. Anna handled the situation beautifully and maintained her calm throughout the ordeal. I was very impressed! I always have excellent service whenever I go to Glendale Nissan. I highly recommend it.

I had a tire replaced because it wouldnt hold air. Apparently there were two screws in my tire and couldnt be repaired. This is very frustrating since I just purchased this car. When I drove the car home, the new tire pressure was set at 38psi-recommended is 33. I called the service dept and told I would need to bring it back in. Shouldnt that we tested prior to the customer picking up the car?

Nice people but they did not check my fluids which were running low. They did not put a sticker on my windshield to remind me when to get the next oil change. In addition, on my last visit they did not reset my mileage in my vehicle computer settings to remind me.

It was good. Don't like the idea that this is the second transmission on 75k mi. Also did not address the clicking noise when I brake, paid $140 for that. I was happy that the work was done in 1 day and they gave me a courtesy car so I didn't have to sit all day in the waiting room.
