The service dept at auto nation Honda are Liers, overcharging on unnecessary services, rude, disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional. I have requested for refunds on my car unneeded services but they are ignoring and neglecting me. Shame on you all!!!

unprofessional. I watched as two young employees got in my car, revved the engine, squealed the tires, and drove right past me recklessly while laughing. I asked my case mgr if they do that for everyone and she gave me a look and the flippant excuse that there were some puddles on the floor. This is the most convenient place for service for me, but I am never coming back again.

Since March they doing side mirrow reacall, every time I go there , they break something scratch, and they have to replaced same thing over again. Horrible dealer , not sure hiw they stay in business. And if you want talk to somebody , nobody want to listen and correct the issue . Stayaway from them !!!

Excellent repair for the recall, and the service technician was also excellent. Setting up the appointment and getting someone to answer the call to service was abysmal. You are first in the que and wont relinquish your position for a call back, call back 4 hours later. You need to fix it immediately.
