I liked a young man named Martin that took care of me and serviced my car. I didn't care for, what I felt was an aggressive upsell to for new car by Margarita. I'm sorry, but my experience with Piemonte Nissan has NEVER been pressure sales. But again, I had great service from Martin and another gentleman whose name I didn't get. We talked at the service desk about my car and then about sports... very chilled and a great approach.

My experience was great! Came in for service, oil-change, regular maintenance, wheel rotation. Everything came out good. Ended up leaving with a complimentary car-wash. Nice waiting area as well to wait for the service team to be done. Really good job from Berman Nissan of Chicago.

This was my second time going to Berman Nissan. The employees there are nice. They greeted me when I walked in and asked how could they help me. I went in for a oil change, but I also got two new tires and a wheel alignment. My car was ready the next day.

It took 3 hours for an oil and tire rotation. I did have an appointment. I also had a check engine light , they charge over $250 to check.Although they said it goes towards the repair. All i had to do was replace my gas cap. No thanks

Discussed pricing with me, called the next for purchase agreement and instead of selling me the car the owner sold it to a friend and just broke contact with me. Didn't even inform me the car was sold just stopped responding, took about 4 call to the dealship for them to even tell me what happened.

The people were great but they were not able to address the vehicles problem even with it being Nissan. Now I am left with the same issue, out of $300. And no options of where to take it because other mechanics say to take it back to Nissan. Nissan is the manufacturer and should have better options to fix the issue.

Berman Nissan Service Department was excellent. It was late on Saturday of Easter Weekend yet they took the time to diagnose the car trouble I was having and promptly repaired it. Battery went bad. They replaced the battery., Excellent Customer Service. I could not be happier. Nissan can be proud of this dealership.

First day I went I set an appointment for 430pm. Showed up early they said we have to do it tomorrow because I diagnostic might take hours u said ok. Next day i went for an appointment for 7am and they took two hours to tell me they cant do a full diagnosis because the error code was erased. The salesman was alright.

I appreciate that they immediately took my car in since I live out of town. Rudy was very nice but I did need to keep calling him to find out the status. Very frustrated that nothing could be fixed due to the fact that after Friday, the car didnt repeat what it was doing (warning lights of all kind going on). I did experience some warning light issues on my way back to Oklahoma after 3 days in service. So, no fix.

Unkind staff. While speaking to one staff member all men service personnel continued to stare and give faces intruding on our conversation. No other customers and it took 50 minutes to get the car something they said would take 5 min. Is not worth complaining. They name you wait for your car. Not returning
