Overall service was good. I went in for car maintenance. I received a friendly greeting from one of the service agent when I entered the office. A relatively short wait for car servicing. Just one minor glitch - I waited perhaps 10 minutes after my car was done to get it. I simply went up made the young man that my car was done.

Took my truck to my regular mechanic fixed the 2 things that needed not the extra 6 things that are in working condition being charged for that don't need fixed!!!! Why wasn't I called to let me know and reschedule so I didn't have to bring my car in and make arrangements to be picked up that day? Then no one ever got back to me when the oil was back in stock. We won't be going back. They way overcharge for parts and labor. A part you can buy new at the part store was $30 multiple places. They charged $120. A fairly quick job they charge for 2 hours of service. Their prices are unreasonably hiked up.
