Service was fine and people were nice. I always drop car off and catch a ride to work, and usually rely on them to call me when I can pick it up. Well the day got busy and I totally forgot about the car, so when I finally realized I didnt have a way home, luckily it was 30 min bf they closed

I had an unusual electrical problem with my Kia, but as usual the Knights Garage Technicians analysed the problem within a short time and fixed it while I waited . Agreed to purchase a vehicle from this dealer in good faith. The car seemed mechanically sound, however after bringing the vehicle to be inspected by a manufacturer certified mechanic, they found that the engine was bad & likely had been filled with thick oil to quiet the tapping sound coming from the engine. The transmission had also been overfilled to likely cover up a tramission problem. We don't know who tampered with the vehicle. To be fair, it could have been tampered with before the dealer bought the vehicle. Hever We had to back out of the purchase & thankfully the manager agreed to cancel our agreement. However the salesperson went from friendly to deffensive, rude & condescending. Had the salesperson been more respectful, we may have decided to purchase a different vehicle from this dealer that COULD pass an mechanical inspection. LESSON LEARNED! Never take a car dealer's word that their mechanics inspected a vehicle...It's worth paying to have a vehicle inspected by a certified third party mechanic prior to any vehicle purchase. It's much cheaper than a new engine and/or transmission.
