The front desk staff & the mechanic who worked on my vehicle (Jill) are excellent. Both the service center and the sales department worked together to have my vehicle fixed. The staff that I interacted with are very tolerant & welcoming. I will always be glad to do business with them.

Dealt with Scott Romero and He had zero interest in selling me a car. Barely texted back and couldnt get through on the phone. Very unattentative and when I complained to the dealership they just had him contact me again when I specifically said I dont wanna deal with him anymore. Horrible experience.

Are vehicle started running hot. My husband and I were in town for four days. The Dealership said that they would have to keep the vehicle for 7-10 days and then they will give you a diagnostic. We don't have the time to stay to do that. We had been praying to find someone to help. We was riding down Hwy 19 Leesburg, Ga. And I seen Finnicum Motor Company and I told my husband to pull in here talked with sales man Corey and he was very understanding and so helpful. He Let us know that they had a full service center. Service center was awesome jumped on the problem and got it fixed and the best customer service and the price of repairs was very reasonable. Frances and Pete.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Award winning talent. I got an oil change and it runs smoothly. It appeared to be a software issue but my mileage and days until next oil change was unable to be reset. Was told the filter was $15, but the receipt said $30. I asked what caused the changed & was told because of my cars brand; go figure. I gave four stars for the break in communication and my data wasnt reset. Although, they work on foreigner cars, my concern is they dont work on a lot of foreign cars. Friendly mechanics & a guy named Nate. Nate is the pinnacle of customer service. They are the best in southwest Georgia.
