The experience in purchasing the car was very good. However, I only had the car for 3 days (January 3, 2024), drove it twice (January 6, 2024) and the red brake light is on along with the the yellow check brake pad wear light. Now, the dealership will not call me back after calling twice.

We had test driven the car and were scheduled to come sign the purchase docs after a couple repairs were completed. The car was sold to another buyer the next day and we weren't notified! Only way we found out was a few minutes to our appointment, we checked the listing and it was down. There was no response from the dealership.

Dealership asked me to take my car to another dealership to assess my trade. I presented multiple documents from reputable sources stating my requested trade value was equitable to the market, and Gravity disputed those reputable sources. This is the first, and ONLY time this has ever and will ever happen to me. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone regardless of their inventory.
