I asked the salesman to present me with their lowest price and to include everything in that price. He offered a price to me and assured me that included everything. When I asked if "everything" included tax, he never responded, just never said anything further.

As usual I was very pleased with my service. I was a little taken with the amount but once it was explained what needed to be done I felt ok with it because they checked other things also. I really feel that they are an honest car dealership. So come shop with them!!!

Fantastic service, quick, and they don't try to sell you something you do not need. Very clean and maintained. I have always brought my Honda CRV here for service after purchasing, and they are wonderful. I love the fact that they have coffee and danish, bottled water and popcorn while you wait.

Always a great experience to go to Phil Hughes Honda and work with Rebekah. This time, it was just an Express Oil Change. A little too expensive and at the least, they should have thrown in a Tire Rotation since the car is already up and the Tire Rotation would take no more than 10 minutes.

Some personnel not knowledgeable about expected time required for work and consequently customers not prepared for wait. Work done was excellent. Service adviser excellent. Loaner vehicle less than adequate for mobility impaired person but sufficed for a day.

The required repair was explained thoroughly, and the service rep went the extra mile to make sure the extended warranty covered the cost. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and all of the Phil Hughes Honda folks were as nice as they could be as usual. For as long as I drive Hondas, this is my go-to dealership.

They explain everything that needs to be done and make recommendations on things you could do, but could wait, so you don't feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. They are very polite and have a really nice waiting area and space where you can work if necessary.

Excellent service. After sending a car with a battery charger to jump start my car. After extensive testing in their shop they couldn't find any problem and didn't charge any monies. I drove the car home and have driven every day since without incident. It must have been a bad battery connection which was corrected when they jump started the car in the park in lot.
