They have horrible communication, no matter how many times I asked for it. I have to keep asking them what's going with my car. Service they were supposed to be completely aren't, so I have returned several times. They provide no compensation other than an apology which doesn't mean anything if it keeps happening.

Service person was wondering but when I got home I noticed my hood wasn't closing properly. Which was odd because it was fine when I brought it in. We had to bring it back for them to fix it, which they did quickly but it was still an inconvenience and that should have been checked before the car was returned to me.

My car was in the dealer service department for almost four months. They ended up bringing a GM engineer in to fix the issue. When I received the car, it was filthy. Greasy fingerprints on the driver head liner and visor. And the rear view mirror was loose in the mount.

Ended up " Tightening loose Termal cable. My cost $ 185.00. Supervisor gave me a sheet mechanic wrote up cause I didn't know what was done.

Not that well I took it there to get oil changes also to find a problem I was told it was 150.00 to get it diagnosed instead of looking for the problem and fixing it so they checked out the air conditioner. It wasnt the air conditioner they wanted to carry-on and they said my brakes were bad and wanted to charge me $650 to change my brakes I wont take my car back there.

Service here was spot on. Staff are pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. After about a dozen dealer experiences, I'd rate this one among the top. The only reason I can't say this is the best dealership period is I am a long time Lexus owner and I find lexus dealerships to be exceptional. But, I love Ferman Mazda and the staff here are great.
